Lizzie Farey at the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery

Lizzie Farey is part of a free exhibition, now moved from the City Art Centre, Edinburgh to the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery, call 'A Fine Line'

With fellow exhibitors Angie Lewin, Frances Priest and Bronwen Sleigh, she explores the fine line between art and craft in two and three dimensions. Marrying detailed observation and strong draughtsmanship with a variety of media, including printmaking, drawing, ceramics, collage and sculpture, the four artists have produced works inspired by places and spaces in both the natural and man-made environment.

The exhibition runs until 18th February 2018 and is to be found on the third floor of the City Art Centre. The City Art Centre is open Wednesday-Sunday, and admission is free. The exhibition is touring, and is to be seen at the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery until 12th May and the Gracefield Art Centre, Dumfries (19th May to 7th July). The exhibition is a collaboration between the City Art Centre, Edinburgh, the Gracefield Art Centre, Dumfries, and the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery.
